The Netherlands Government Scholarship, also known as the “Orange Knowledge Programme,” is a scholarship program funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and administered by Nuffic, the Netherlands organization for international cooperation in higher education.

The program is designed to provide professionals from developing countries with the opportunity to pursue short courses, master’s degrees, or PhDs at universities and institutes in the Netherlands.

The scholarships are intended to help build the capacity of individuals and organizations in eligible countries, with a focus on sectors such as agriculture, water, and energy.

The program covers the full tuition fee, a monthly allowance, and travel costs, but accommodation and other expenses are the responsibility of the scholarship holder.
