Third party downtime

This app can’t never reach to this point without the customers…..so Please I beg you try and work on the down time pleaseeee🙏 I know how many times I have face shame because of this and now it seems to be worse that it was before if there is a party downtime it will last for like 30mins now it’s getting to 24hrs Haba na it’s unfair so Abeg una help and do something fast make one day person no faint…because like this na hungry I belle I take sleep because I no see money from raven way I go take chop but una still good because I never ever lost my money there you guys are very reliable on that ✌🏻

Money reflection issues

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delay I experienced in accessing my funds held by your institution. On [date], I deposited [amount] into my account [account number], expecting prompt availability as per the usual banking procedures. However, to my dismay, the funds were not made accessible for a duration of four days beyond the standard processing time.

This delay caused inconvenience and financial strain on my part, as I relied on the availability of those funds for essential expenses and commitments. I carefully monitored my account activity during this period and observed no irregularities or pending transactions that warranted such an extended hold.

As a responsible account holder, I understand the necessity for banks to adhere to certain protocols for transaction processing and security purposes. However, a delay of four days without reasonable cause is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the efficiency and customer service standards of your institution.

I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and provide me with a detailed explanation for the delay. Additionally, I request that appropriate measures be taken to prevent similar occurrences in the future, ensuring timely access to funds for all account holders.

Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and inform me of the steps being taken to address the issue. I trust that you will handle this matter with the urgency and professionalism it warrants.

Very terrible app and worse customer support

I recommend the app to my friend and everything was fine at first but suddenly they don’t allow him to send out any money anymore it says “banned user” whenever he tries to send out money

The transfer he made to the account since 5 days ago today haven’t been credited to his account and it says successful from the sender bank even when he contacted customer support. But raven customer support haven’t replied any of his messages since Monday and they still haven’t credited the money to his account. I also tried to contact them for him and they are ignoring me too till now.

We understand there will be some downtimes but what I don’t understand is why customer support have been ignoring my friend and I for the past 5 days of contacting them on all their social media and in-app chat too, it’s so terrible and so so annoying
