If there was a half star review that is what this app would have gotten from me, I've bought mobile data from this app for my 9mobile network. Those three times, I wasn't credited with the data, and neither was I refunded. The customer service is just it. FIX UP YOUR SERVICES!!!!

It was good at first but since the update and before sef I've not been able to log in I thought it was network sef or the update . Now I updated the app and now their telling me INVALID EMAIL, how?? Even when it was not opening I was paying money into my wallet so that when it opens, I'll buy data and they we're sending receipts to that particular Email so I don't understand what's going on

This app is so exhausting, the customer service is so incompetent! Everytime I convert airtime to cash it takes days and they won't fund me until I report the case for a long time and then one time I kept on reporting the case they finally funded me but it wasn't the complete amount even after taking their percentage. I'm so done with this app they've stressed me alot. They're not reliable at all!
