I am unable to open an account. It just keeps loading forever. When it finally opened and I put all my details, it says "one or more of the details provided is incorrect". Whereas, everything is accurate. Update: I was trying to open a savings account and yes my phone number matches with my BVN. I don't have any discrepancies in my details.

I've successfully downloaded the app. But I'm having challenges to login. This is so abnormal and annoying. What is the essence of having an app and one can't access it. It's not rediculous. Kindly do something about it. Cause I even regretted downloading the app. Even having menu for one login information is nowhere to be found. I rate this app fairly poor.
