I don't usually complain about app, but what happened 2 days ago is frustrating and I have been unable to correct it. Geniex app uninstall from my phone and I installed it back but I can't recharge to my geniex account again. If I want to buy data now, I have to deposit from my bank or wallets. Please can you fix that.

Please few days back the app was working fine.then I accidentally deleted it and reinstalled it back But now I got an error message telling me that geniex doesn't support my device. The worst part is that the customer service doesn't reply messages. What's wrong???

I used to love Geniex, as it was a very nice app, all of a sudden, I started hating it, the way it takes so much time to connect makes me sick, the way the network disconnects and reconnects also make me wanna vomit, I used to be able to trade my G coins but now I can't anymore, why can't they just make it connect just as fast as mobile data? As you can see I gave it a three star bcuz I don't want to be all ungrateful. Oh and it drains battery life.
