HOW TO REGISTER FOR PERMANENT VOTERS CARD (PVC) ONLINE IN NIGERIA 2021/2022
1. First and foremost, visit the government recognized INEC PVC registration page here to begin the process of getting your PVC. Warning! read all guide below before you visit the registration page.
2. Just when you reach the PVC registration page, click on Getting Started.
3. Then you will be taken to another page to begin creating your account, scroll down below that page and click create an account or sign in with Google.

4. Now after creating an account, you will receive a verification code to that precise email account you provided, go to your mail inbox or spam box to get it. Either copy the link there and paste on your browser you are using now or continue the process there.
5. Having done that, you will them be directed to a fresh page to continue your registration. So click start registration below as seen on that page.
6. Now that page will prepare a form for you which equally needs your correct information, so make sure you enter every information about you correctly (it is very important that you don’t make any mistakes). Your details here includes your legal names, valid home address and even your NIN is requested.

7. You will need to provide two supporting documents, don’t panic about this, you can take a clear picture of your NIN slip and birth certificate or any other supporting documents you have, click the document type drop down button to see which documents you can provide.
8. Now having done that, you need to upload two Passport Photos, you can use your mobile phone to take photo of yourself in passport mode, see image below for sample.

#NOTE : The first passport photo must be without a smile and the second with a smile. Also make sure it’s clear enough.
9. Just when you’ve completed all of that, next is for you to select a precise date that seems appropriate and suitable for you to reach the INEC office so as to process your biometric capturing.
#NOTE : Your biometric capturing includes your face, fingerprints and thumb prints capturing.
10. Just when you’ve completed all of that, you need to click the Schedule Appointment to finally confirm your PVC registration and date of biometric capturing.

11. Then a slip will be created which includes your personal valid QR Code, Application ID and some other important details. So click on download/print application slip.
#NOTE : You must make sure that you print this particular slip because it carries your personal QR code and Application ID and other important info which will be used to further your biometric registration in INEC office.
12. Just now, since you are using a mobile phone, simply save the slip as PDF which later you can go print it out as paper copy. It is very important that you visit INEC office within the selected date you chose and go along with your printed slip to fulfill your final registration.
13. Just when you complete your registration in your nearby INEC office, INEC will issue a new different slip which is going to include the exact date to come for your Permanent Voters Card (PVC) Plastic card and finally you get your own Permanent Voters Card (PVC).
OK that will be done on registration of Permanent Voters Card (PVC) online in Nigeria which you can now rightfully vote for your desired representatives into government offices during elections and use the PVC Voters Card for your personal use as recommended by law.
